We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping and returns experience for all Glissen customers. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Shipping Information

We ship all orders from our fulfillment centers located in the United States and the European Union. All items from a single order are packed securely in one box using protective cardboard fillers to ensure safe delivery.

United States Shipping

Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders over 45 USD (after discounts, before tax).

Standard Shipping (orders under 45 USD)
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on total order weight. The typical range is approximately 4.75–90 USD for weights from 0.5 lb up to 110 lb.

Estimated Delivery Time (USA)
2–5 business days after your order has been shipped.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time depends on the size of the order:

  • 1–10 items: up to 2 business days
  • 11–100 items: up to 7 business days
  • 100+ items: up to 12 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and order weight.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

We may assist with a return or replacement in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong product was received
  • There is a clear manufacturing defect

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the problem

Wholesale & Larger Orders

For wholesale and larger B2B orders:

  • Items from one order are packed together in a single box
  • We are not able to add custom inserts, cards, or personal notes to shipments
  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts from 1 unit, with bulk discounts available from 25+ units per SKU
  • Product documentation (INCI, MSDS/SDS, COA), batch/lot labeling and compliance details are available upon request

Processing and shipping times for wholesale orders follow the same structure as listed above.
